These terms govern your use of Storiyaa, our audio storytelling platform that helps you create, share, and discover stories. By using Storiyaa, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Storiyaa. Continued use after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Storiyaa provides tools to create, publish, listen to, and share audio stories, including AI-assisted features, community interaction, and content discovery. Features may evolve over time.

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on Storiyaa, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, transcode, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.
Respect others' rights: do not upload content you do not have permission to use. Storiyaa's trademarks, branding, and platform code remain our property and may not be copied or misused.
Keep your credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Storiyaa, you consent to those practices.
If you choose a paid plan, fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout. Some plans renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply based on your location. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or platform risk. You may stop using Storiyaa at any time; certain licenses and obligations (e.g., payment, IP, liability limits) survive termination.
Storiyaa is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the past 6 months or USD $50.
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. We will post updates here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
